Induction and welcome

Here at Fusion we know that starting a new job in any new Company can be daunting; that’s why Managers at Fusion Group Ltd take each of their new employees through a comprehensive induction programme, ensuring a good start to their Fusion career.

To support this process the Human Resources Department invite new recruits to a Fusion Induction Day. This provides an opportunity for people to meet the Company Directors and Senior Management Team and learn about the Company, our vision, products, policies and practices and a whole lot more.

The Company uses Continuous Performance Reviews – Frequent Feedback and Succession Planning to identify training and development plans. This is completed through regular team briefs and 1-2-1 meetings.
