F90 230V electrofusion welding machine. Capable of welding electrofusion fittings for gas, water and other pressure pipe applications from 20-1000mm in diameter. Uses Fusamatic, barcode and manual entry for the input of Fusion data. Operating temperature -20°C/+50°C.

The F90 is a high performance and robust electrofusion welding machine, capable of welding electrofusion fittings for gas, water, and other pressure pipe applications up to 1000mm in diameter. This welding unit is especially suited for complex infrastructure projects and utility connections.
F-Series electrofusion welding machines utilise high performance components, with toroidal technology for efficient and effective control over the welding cycle. This provides a stable and continuous welding performance in the most challenging conditions. Providing professionals with the speed, versatility, and reliability needed to weld leak-free networks.

  • Fusamatic fitting size range 20-1000mm diameter (always check with the fitting manufacturer on the power and welding time required).
  • Fusamatic, barcode and manual entry for input of Fusion data.
  • Welding times between 3-4000 seconds (Fusamatic max 900 seconds).
  • 23kg including Field Cage metal frame, stainless steel face plate and cables (30kg in optional Field Armour carry case).
  • 4.0mm diameter welding leads as standard.
  • Mains input cable length - 10m. Fusion output cable length - 4m.
  • Multi-lingual selectable display - 10 languages available.
  • Joint data memory of 2,000 weld records - downloadable to USB memory stick.
  • Output current/duty cycle limits - 60 Amps continuous/90 Amps max.
  • Output voltage - 8 - 48 Volts (Fusamatic/automatic mode is fixed 39.5V ac rms).
  • Input voltage and frequency - 230V ac (195 to 270V) 50Hz (37 to 62Hz).
