Electrofusion Multiseal Tapping Tee - Underclamp, with tube (20-32mm Outlet) for gas, water, mining and irrigation applications. 4mm automatic pin, PE100, Water PN16, Gas 10 Bar. For UK Gas applications - Gas 5.5 Bar - Class B / Gas 7 Bar - Class C (size and outlet dependent). Temperature range on electrofusion fittings -10°C/+40°C. Multiseal Tapping Tees deliver security, safety, simplicity and speed at the point of installation and offer a solution to providing a direct connection from a live or dead main.

PE100 Electrofusion Multiseal Tapping Tee - Underclamp, with tube (20-32mm Outlet) with 4mm automatic pin.  For gas, water, mining and irrigation applications.  All fittings are manufactured in virgin PE100 black polyethylene.  Electrofusion fittings enable utilities, designers and contractors to create fully welded pipe networks.  The production quality, reliability and flexibility of electrofusion fittings provides the certainty and peace of mind needed for polyethylene pipe jointing.

  • Fusamatic branded, PE100 Black, 4mm automatic pin
  • Water PN16 / Gas 10 Bar (Depending on PE pipe welded to and any local pipeline pressure regulations)
  • For UK Gas applications - Gas 5.5 Bar - Class B / Gas 7 Bar - Class C (size and outlet dependent)
  • All electrofusion fittings are individually numbered and the barcodes and QR code provide full individual fitting traceability right back to all raw materials and critical components
  • Welding barcode in accordance to ISO 13950.  Traceability barcode in accordance to ISO 12176-4
  • Fusamatic pin provides a totally automatic method to ensure the correct welding parameters are used
  • Manual welding parameters moulded into the body of the fitting
  • Permanently marked batch number and rising pin fusion indicators
  • Tamper-proof LockCap ensures correct installation - it cannot be over-tightened and won't vibrate loose
  • Two O-ring seals protect against leakage
  • Cutter tube locks into the integral cutter allowing for leak free cut though of the mains pipe
  • Double Spigot Outlet - sufficient spigot length to cut off the coupler and fuse a second fitting
  • Saddle and fusion mat have been designed to minimise joint cycle times
