Electrofusion flanged branch saddle for gas, water, wastewater, irrigation and mining applications. 4.0mm manual pin, PE100, Water PN16, Gas 10 Bar (excluding SDR 17 sizes). Under Strap / Under Clamp (Fastcut). Temperature range on electrofusion fittings -10°C/+40°C. Fusamatic Branch Saddles offer a solution for bypass, purging and off-takes on larger diameter pipe mains.

PE100 Electrofusion flanged branch saddle with 4.0mm manual pin. Under strap / Under clamp (Fastcut).  For gas, water, wastewater, irrigation and mining applications. All fittings are manufactured using virgin PE100 black polyethylene. Electrofusion fittings enable utilities, designers and contractors to create fully welded pipe networks. The production quality, reliability and flexibility of electrofusion fittings provides the certainty and peace of mind needed for polyethylene pipe jointing.

Features

  • All fittings are manufactured using virgin PE100 black polyethylene
  • Water PN16 / Gas 10 Bar (excluding SDR 17 sizes. All stated technical specifications depend on PE pipe welded to and any local pipeline pressure regulations)
  • SDR 17 sizes rated - Water PN10 / Gas SDR 17 only (400 X DN250 and 450-500 X DN150-DN250)
  • Manual pin 4.0mm
  • Rising pin fusion indicator allows for easy monitoring of the fusion process
  • All electrofusion fittings are individually numbered for precise tracking
  • Permanent batch number - clearly marked for quality control
  • Welding barcode compliant with ISO 13950 and traceability barcode compliant with ISO 12176-4
  • Sacrificial under strap / under clamp locks fitting in place during weld cycle, and can be retained in-situ after installation
  • Large electrofusion area enhances weld integrity
  • Consists of a standard electrofusion saddle with a factory welded stub flange and backing ring assembly (PCD against EN 1092-NP16) - ideal for connection flanged components such as valves and bypass equipment
