Bev Brotherston has been named the Expect…Customer Response Winner at the AVK 2026 Expect Awards 24-03-2026
Having previously worked in a similar role as a Customer Service Team Leader, Bev brought with her a strong foundation in customer engagement and team coordination. This experience has translated naturally into her current position, where she continues to deliver consistent, high-quality support to both customers and colleagues.
In her day-to-day role, Bev oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including, preparing and managing quotations, checking stock availability, converting quotes into sales orders, and following up on both quotations and backorders. Her proactive approach means customers receive a timely response and reliable service throughout the order process.
Bev’s commitment and performance were recently recognised with the Expect…Customer Response Award, an achievement that came, in Bev’s word’s “as a genuine surprise”.
Although Bev could not join us at the celebrations in February at Antsy Hall, she sent a video message saying
“I was absolutely blown away after finding out I had won the Customer Response award, it was incredibly rewarding to be acknowledged for my day-to-day role”.
Beyond her professional achievements, she highlights the positive working environment at Fusion, saying that it is “a pleasure to be part of a team where colleagues are supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable to work alongside”.
Bev’s dedication exemplifies the values of responsiveness and teamwork that underpin Fusion’s customer-first approach.
