At the heart of Fusamatic Anhui’s success is the culture that has developed across the business. They have undergone substantial physical and operational change over the past two years. Managing change is never easy, particularly when that change is so all-compassing as it has been at Fusamatic Anhui. However, the energy, engagement and enthusiasm of everyone was inspiring to be part of: challenges were met head-on, and collaboration was key.
I know the Fusamatic Anhui team would like to thank their manufacturing and technical colleagues from across Fusion for their support and encouragement in the implementation of new production capabilities, and the achievement of multiple new product approvals.
