Congratulations, Sarah Phillips

Sarah Phillips has been named the Expect...Customer Service Winner at the AVK 2026 Expect Awards 10-03-2026

Nine years ago, after spending twenty years in financial administration, Sarah joined Fusion on an eight-week contract to, ‘…sort out a temporary administrative backlog’. Today, Sarah is a Customer Services Co-Ordinator and a key member of the Fusion customer services team looking after both UK and International customers.

Sarah loved Ansty Hall, the venue chosen for the Expect Awards, and enjoyed having the opportunity to celebrate with colleagues:
